Spitting Out The Demons

Sederberg Teas & Oils

By: Steven Libby

My brand identity is a simple black and white packaging using an foiled cedar tree as a logo, with a single accent color, in two tones, relating to the flavor/scent of the product. Each product uses the color in a chevron pattern in a small strip across the bottom and top of the box, as well as on the bottom panel of the box, or the inside of the bottle label. The name uses the Afrikaans spelling of the Cederberg wilderness area near Clanwilliam.

Fee Good: Teas, Oils & Scents

By: Shaina Patel

This packaging system was inspired by the way teas, oils and scents make their users feel. Based on a fictional South African company with a desire to appeal to customer satisfaction, this design incorporates both digital and hand-drawn aspects to create a relaxed yet professional appearance. Details to note include the use of foiling, hand illustration, copywriting and important packaging items (i.e. barcodes, recycling reminders, product details).

These adventurous creations pair top shelf spirits with bold, fresh fruit and herb combinations, bringing an entirely new perspective to the hand-crafted cocktail. The Pícarito brand embodies a classic and exciting look inspired by old Spanish architecture and ornamentation.

Cahaba River Outfitters

By: Isabella Meredith

After doing some research, I discovered that there is more to the Cahaba River area than just a river. I was inspired by the entire environment surrounding the river (roads and walking trails) as well as the river itself. I wanted to combine what is urban with nature in order to show the cohesion and oneness of everything in the Cahaba area. This project is a logo mark combing these aspects of urban and nature.
